On Thursday, October 4, 2012, more than 350 CEOs and decision-makers joined SmartCEO in honoring 30 Circle of Excellence award finalists, 10 winners and Philadelphia’s CEO of the Year at Vie Restaurant in Philadelphia.  The Circle of Excellence Awards honors local business leaders who exemplify excellence in 10 distinctive categories. Committee members select 30 finalists to be featured in the October issue of SmartCEO magazine and 10 winners are announced, live, at the awards reception each year. The program recognizes the area’s most accomplished business leaders across 10 distinctive categories: philanthropy, turnaround, product innovation, customer service, marketing, family business, culture, serial entrepreneurship, young entrepreneurship and distinguished leadership.
